About Us
CEO and Founder, Nicole Hugaboom, has always loved creating things and bringing joy to people’s lives. With a background in Fashion, she has made her career designing custom garments and making her clients feel beautiful. While in the process of adopting her 2 children she saw firsthand so many children in the foster system struggle to get just the basic needs for their day-to-day life. Made for a Purpose was designed with these children in mind. Nicole and her devoted team are dedicated to making comfort essentials, so these children have one less thing to worry about.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to be a globally known entity partnered with all nonprofit organizations providing basic needs for children who struggle to get them.
We provide love for children going through hard times in the shape of comfort essential items. Children can often feel left out, or ashamed when they don’t have what other kids have. Children who, at no fault of their own, must live with strangers. Or suffer hardships as their family does their best to provide. Although we can’t do it all, we can do something. Our Buy one Give one program allows us to provide these children with items that make them feel loved and not left out. Our bears and blankets provide security and hugs to children when they feel all alone and scared. Our uniforms and backpacks allow school aged children the opportunity to walk with pride through the halls and not be judged. Partnered with other organizations such as churches, missionaries, safe place, CASA, etc. Allows us to offer mass supply drives, filling our bags with all the daily essentials these children need, like school supplies, general hygiene products and much more. It’s our way of bringing humanity back, one child at a time.
